Becoming a parent is full of many decisions, some fun, and some very serious. Amidst the joy and excitement of preparing for the homecoming of a new baby, there are many important safety precautions that must be taken. Cars can be dangerous enough for adults, but when you welcome a newborn into your life, you must always consider that they will need extra protection, and expecting families should take the utmost time and care when choosing a baby capsule, or car seat for their new arrival.

The most important thing to consider when purchasing a baby capsule is the size of the child that is going to be sitting in it. For infants and children up to 20 pounds, rear-facing seats work the best and conveniently can almost always be used as a carrier, making the transition to and from the car much easier. Rear-facing car seats are the safest for infants, but typically only large enough for the first 6 to 8 months of the child's life, so if you are planning on getting more use out of your baby capsule, a convertible car seat is the best bet.

Keep in mind that standard safety belts in automobiles are not meant to accommodate anyone under about 48 inches of height. For this reason, an economical choice to consider would be the purchase of a convertible car seat that can be forward facing or rear facing and is able to be used for the tiniest infants all the way up to children weighing in at around 50 pounds. Babies over 20 pounds, and most likely over a year obat hipertensi of age will feel more comfortable in a forward facing baby capsule, where they can keep their guardian in sight, and engage in the world around them without feeling trapped.

A baby capsule that can last the better part of your little one's early childhood is going to be the best investment. Remember that it is absolutely imperative to the safety of your newborn that you have purchased a baby capsule for the ride home from the hospital, and do not wait until the last minute to begin researching products.
